The international confectionery fair (ISM) celebrates its 50th anniversary this year. The fair is considered the most important trade fair for trends and highlights in the sweets and snacks industry. Coppenrath Feingebäck have been an exhibitor from 1971 onwards without interruption. Visit us from February 2nd to 5th, 2020 in Cologne at the ISM anniversary edition in Hall 3.2, Stand F21. This year we are once again presenting exciting new products, including the unique "Lakritz (licorice) Coooky" and the creation of the winner of the Coppenrath biscuit designer campaign 2019: the "Banana Coooky". Chocolate fans can also look forward to the new "Choooky Coooky". In addition, the "American Coooky" and the "Cringle Coooky" are two new gluten-free pastries. Coppenrath is also represented with a stand (Hall 10.1, Stand E30) at the parallel trade fair for the snack and confectionery industry Pro Sweets. Numerous application examples for cookie drops, biscuit granules and shaped biscuits are presented on site.
