We have been experts in the fine art of baking and enjoyment for six generations now.

In our search for new product innovations, we have developed a process to incorporate pastries and cookie drops into various granular states or baking goods. Be it light, dark or bittersweet, Amarettini, caramel or spekulatius – with this process it has become easy to discover new ideas for products.

Everything is possible with ice cream, muesli, filled chocolates, pastries, chocolate and a little imagination.
