Shortbread Tartlets, sugarfree

The popular shortbread tartlets from Coppenrath Feingebäck are now also available as a sugar-free version. The sugar-free tartlets can be quickly and easily transformed into delicious gourmet specialties with a few fruits, berries or cream. The recipe guarantees full taste even without the use of sugar.

Ingredients:
wheat flour, sweeteners (maltitol, erythritol, isomalt), palm fat, wheat starch, whole egg, oligofructose, salt, Bourbon vanilla extract, raising agents (sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium bicarbonate).
