Schoko-Spekulatius

The fine Chocolate Speculoos with traditional spices is a very popular classic biscuit which is a must with every hot drink, especially at Christmas. The bottom of the fine Chocolate Speculoos is coated in dark chocolate with 60% cocoa solids.

Ingredients:
wheat flour, sugar, cocoa mass, palm fat, caramel sugar syrup, cocoa butter, whole egg, cinnamon, spices, salt, raising agents (sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, potassium carbonate), emulsifier (lecithins (soy)).
